Goodbye Phyllis
I'm not much one to go on about the dead, for it does little good (neither does my incessant whining about the living, but I digress...). That said, I have to say "goodbye" to our former neighbor, Phyllis Skiff. Phyllis and her husband, "The Skipper" were absolutely the nicest neighbors anyone could ask for, and basically adopted Xtina and I the day we moved in next door to them. While I am not a fan of the desert 'Divinty' Xtina tells me that Phyllis made the best.
My sympathies to The Skipper in his time of loss.
